We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just above the beach with a stunning view from our balcony. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were always ready to help. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities like the swimming pool and beach access were great. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the option to have snacks at the bar. it was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to our family.
No cons. This place is perfect for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Our family would definitely love it here!

The hotel staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful. However, we did encounter an arrogant hotel manager who patronized parents and children.

The location of the hotel was incredible, situated right on the beach with stunning views. The fact that they offered free kayaks to explore the nearby mangrove was a big plus. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.
The food options at the hotel were quite limited, with only one menu for lunch and dinner. This was especially challenging for our party as not everyone in our group enjoyed fish, and there were no other choices available.

pirate cove was a delightful surprise after our previous stay in drake bay. the staff was amazing, always there to assist and make our stay pleasant. the meals were delicious and the homemade biscuits were a lovely touch. the snorkeling excursion to isla del caño was amazing, we saw plenty of turtles. overall, a lovely stay with spectacular views and the sounds of nature.
Beds were uncomfortable.
